Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: این تحقیق به بررسی نحوه پراکنش آلاینده های ناشی از سناریو اشتعال انبار نفت با استفاده از نرم افزار انسیس فلوینت پرداخته است و برای اولین بار در کشور سناریوهای خطرناک و غیرمنتظره انفجار و اشتعال در سایت های نفتی را با استفاده ازاین نرم افزار مورد بررسی قرار داده و هدفش حفظ دارایی ها جانی و مالی مناطق اطراف انبار نفت است. مواد و روش ها: به منظور تعیین میزان آلاینده های حاصل از سوختن مخازن، از نرم افزار Ansys Fluent 15 استفاده شد. این نرم افزار پارامترهای موثر سرعت، جهت باد، دمای محیط، میزان انتشار آلاینده ها و پایداری جو را درنظرگرفته و می تواند غلظت آلاینده های گوناگون را در فواصل مختلف از انبارها پیش بینی نماید. نتایج خروجی این نرم افزار وارد محیط مشینگ شد و درنهایت نقشه پراکندگی آلودگی در محدوده ای به وسعت چهار کیلومتر تا ارتفاع 200 متر به دست آمد. یافته ها: در این پژوهش، تاثیر اشتعال و انفجار انبار نفت بر روی محیط زیست و محیط مسکونی اطراف محوطه انبار مورد تحلیل عددی قرار گرفت. با توجه به جمع بندی نتایج در شرایط بحرانی که سرعت وزش باد بالا باشد، جهت وزش باد تاثیر بسزایی در مناطق تحت تاثیر خواهد داشت، بطوری که افزایش دمای تا حدود 60 درجه سلسیوس و بالاتر و نیز غلظت آلاینده های CO, CO2, NOX, SO2 همگی در فواصلی حدود 800 متر تا یک کیلومتر در مناطق انبار غله کرج، شهرک بنفشه، رزکان نو، محوطه راه آهن کرج، سرحدآباد و شهرک وحدت با توجه به جهت وزش باد به میزان 30 تا 40 درصد بالاتر از استاندارد، مورد انتظار است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد اگر آتش سوزی در مخازن رخ دهد. مناطق مسکونی و صنعتی مختلفی در مسیر پخش و پراکنش آلودگی بسیار بالاتر از حد استاندارد می باشند. با توجه به شدت آلودگی تولیدشده و وسعت مناطق درگیر بیماری های تنفسی، خسارت های جانی و مالی قابل پیش بینی است.

Abstract: 

The rapid industrialization has driven economic growth and population increase, but it has also led to significant environmental issues and energy shortages. In order to overcome these challenges and shift towards a carbon-neutral energy system, it is vital to investigate clean energy alternatives and lessen the reliance on fossil fuels. Among these alternatives, hydrogen stands out as a leading candidate due to its energy density and environmental affinity, being both abundant and renewable.  This study presents a comprehensive overview of the annual scientific production in the field of hydrogen adsorption and storage, categorized by country and authorship with the aim of assessing its evolution, thematic development, and global collaboration pattern. The present research was conducted in the databases Web of Science and Scopus from 2000 to 2022, using a pre-determined set of keywords related to hydrogen adsorption, storage, and density functional theory. The retrieved data were analysed with the Bibliometrix package in RStudio to evaluate publication trends, research evolution across three distinct periods and global collaboration networks. The present study involved the identification of 2183 documents, which were then screened and categorized by relevance in relation with hydrogen storage. In the present work, 881 articles were assessed for eligibility, identifying 60 key studies through degree and PageRank metrics, the evolution of research is delved into throughout three key stages. The three distinct periods identified were: the initial stage (2000-2008) which was marked by fundamental work on ionic liquids and hydrogen storage. The intermediate stage (2009-2015) witnesses an increase in scientific production, addressing fundamental principles and methodologies with a focus on metal-organic frameworks. The current stage (2016-2022) reflects maximum productivity and shows cutting-edge studies on nanotubes and electrocatalysts for the efficient evolution of hydrogen. The study explores global collaboration networks between countries and identifies influential authors and leading journals in the field. By the identification of the key trends, this study highlights the emergence of novel materials and technologies that are reshaping the hydrogen storage landscape. These advancements suggest potential pathways for future research and innovation, ultimately contributing to the development of sustainable energy solutions.  This bibliometric analysis provides valuable insights into the trends, contributions, and collaborative dynamics shaping the of hydrogen adsorption and storage research landscape.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The majority of drugs act through binding with target proteins. Prediction of the interaction between small molecules and proteins is a key element in the process of drug discovery.Advances in Structural Genomics have provided this possibility to access three-dimensional structures of the proteins which are targeted by drugs. Since laboratory processes through which drug-target protein interactions are investigated require high cost and energy, in silico methods can be used as effective strategies for providing useful information in support of experimental methods.Methods: In this study, the interaction between androgen receptor and Bicalutamide, a widely used drug in the treatment of prostate cancer, was investigated via Computational analyses. The docking analysis of this receptor with Bicalutamide was done using Autodock4.2.6 and analysis of complexes was done through LigPlot4.5.3 and Chimera1.5.3.Results: The obtained results showed that amino acid residues Met-895, Trp-741, Arg-752, Ile-899, Leu-707, Gly-708, Gln-711, Met-745, Met-749, Thr-87, Phe-764, and Met-749 (through forming hydrophobic bonds with the drug) and amino acid residues Asn-705 and Leu-704 (through forming hydrogen bonds with the drug) play a significant role in the protein-drug interaction and cause proper positioning of the drug in protein and consequently its efficacy.Conclusion: These results could be used in the future studies for investigation of drug resistance to Bicalutamide and to develop more efficient medicines.

Abstract: 

In this research, the three-dimensional flow in a centrifugal turbocharger compressor has been numerically simulated. The flow through impeller and diffuser is modeled to obtain the compressor performance map. Also, the side-space between the impellers and the casing is simulated, in order to model the entire compressor. For the moving zones, multi-rotating reference frame approach was used. Performance maps obtained through both numerical and experimental data (measured by the authors) are relatively close indicating the high ability of numerical approach used to simulate complicated flows, such as flow in turbo machineries. The secondary flow and the clearance loss caused by the impeller were well predicted by the present numerical simulation. Also, the shroud configuration and the tongue location were shown to have high impact on the compressor pressure rise and on lits efficiency.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The flourishing of political parties and currents is one of the signs of the degree of development in societies. In contemporary Iran and since the formation of the constitutional movement, political currents have gone through many ups and downs and it can be said that political currents in Iran after the Islamic Revolution have not yet reached the stage of institutionalization and stability. A characteristic feature of political currents in Iran is the divergence and division among political currents in recent decades, and this can be one of the reasons for the instability and cross-sectional and seasonal activity of political parties in Iran. Therefore, the necessity of leading research seeks to answer the question of how factors and divergence among political currents in Iran after the victory of the Islamic Revolution can be analyzed? And what are the scenarios for the advancement of political currents in Iran?Method: To answer this question, the method of causal-layer analysis, which is one of the qualitative methods in futures research, has been used.Findings: The research findings indicate that this divergence is due to a wide range of reasons from the level of causal systems (from the institutionalization of power to the formation of parties as elitist initiatives), worldview and discourse (from charismatic political authority to culture). Subsidiary-follower politics to myth-metaphor (Iranian individualism to belief in a strong state-weak society) can be analyzed.Conclusions: Three scenarios for the future of Iranian political currents can be considered: integration of currents as the security valve of the political system, the collapse of political currents in the traditional form, integration and consolidation in new social movements (virtualized parties).
